Intro to Kettlebells

Are you intimidated by the idea of training with kettlebells? Do you think you’ll look like a dork if you pick up a kettlebell at your gym? Newcomers are invited to learn the proper and safe way to use kettlebells to unlock a whole new world of possibilities for your body and mind. We’ll take you through the most important kettlebell movement patterns and get you on your way to enjoying a lifetime of improved fitness that not only increases your strength, boosts your cardiovascular capacity, enhances your mobility, but improves your balance as well.

First half of each session is dedicated to warming up while learning and practicing new movement patterns with proper posture and form.

Second half will be a vigorous kettlebell workout called a “complex” utilizing your new skills and including applicable variations to give variety and scalability for various strength and agility levels.

3 weekly sessions with 2 take home workouts each week.
